Celecoxib 200 mg capsule is used for treating pain and inflammation in adults. It works by blocking the enzyme COX-2 that causes inflammation. Celecoxib is not recommended for people who are allergic to aspirin or other NSAIDs (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs).
